Welcome to the

Advancing Manufacturing & Manufacturing Education

The TDMAW Forward Foundation was founded in 2020 to enhance educational opportunities for those interested in pursuing careers in the manufacturing or metalworking industries.

It is our hope to ensure Wisconsin’s tool & die makers, mold makers, precision machinists, machine tool programmers, tool and machine designers and machine setup & operators, are the best in the world. It is our vision to enhance educational opportunities for those interested in pursuing careers in the manufacturing or metalworking industries.

Our Strategy

The TDMAW Forward Foundation gives financial support, in the form of grants, funded by proceeds from moderate-risk investments, growing over time, through tax-deductible donations from people like you!

What is Important to Us?

  • Promoting the education of future manufacturers
  • Reducing the barriers to training and encouraging the establishment of quality educational programs
  • Expanding the pool of qualified tooling, machining, and manufacturing career candidates available to Wisconsin companies
  • Recruiting cream of the crop talent for metalworking and manufacturing careers
